Setting Goals - Step 1 of 4 |

Simply writing down your goals is the first step
toward achieving them!
Writing them down will help you understand what you want.
Be "SMART" about setting your Goals. Make each Goal:
- S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Achievable

R - Realistic

T - Time-bound
