This lesson series is for intermediate players and more experienced players who want to thoroughly review Standard American bidding conventions  It presents the most commonly used conventions in modern competitive bridge; not esoteric techniques, but practical treatments needed to solve common partnership bidding problems and to create bidding problems for the opponents!.  It gives each student a chance to practice these conventions and to interactively discuss and analyze many interesting and instructive hands.

Each Lesson includes:

  • Lecture (with guidelines and sample hands)
  • Exercises (to apply the general concepts)
  • Learning how to handle interference by the opponents
  • Discussion on countermeasures you can use against opponents who play these conventions
  • Supervised Play (prepared deals, to reinforce the lesson)
  • Review & discussion of the played hands
